Order Payment - All prices on this website are quoted in S$ Singapore dollars. Our online shop only accepts debit/credit card payment via Stripe. Stripe payment gateway utilises SSL encryption.
Order Confirmation - When you have successfully placed an order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Please check the details of your order, If you find any error, please contact us at: email@example.com
Order Shipment - Orders received will be shipped on the next business day.
Completed orders are dispatched with an e-mail detailing logistics tracking numbers, so you can follow the process of your shipment. (Tracking numbers for Regional & International only)

(Local) Singapore - Free shipping for purchase above S$50 by SingPost SmartPac.
(Zone 1) Malaysia & Brunei- Free shipping for purchase above S$65 by Registered Airmail (max weight of 2kg set by SingPost).
(Zone 2) Countries in Asia & The Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand) - Free shipping for purchases above S$80 by Registered Airmail(max weight of 2kg set by SingPost).
(Zone 3) Countries in the rest of the world including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, The Americas, Europe & Middle East - Free shipping for purchases above S$150 by Registered Airmail (max weight of 2kg set by SingPost).
All shipping options and its prices are based on weight and destination. Before "Checkout", you can see shipping options and cost when you enter your destination country in the "Basket/Cart Total".
Singapore Shipping - Shipping is via Singpost SmartPac at a flat rate of $5.00 Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. See Singpost SmartPac Delivery Time & Terms.
Malaysia & Brunei Shipping (Zone A) - Shipping is via Registered Airmail (8-10 working days) and Speedpost Priority (2-4 workings days). See Zone A in Singpost Speedpost International Delivery Time & Terms.
Regional Shipping (Zone B) - Shipment regionally is via Registered Airmail or Speedpost Priority. Regional delivery time is 2 to 11 days depending on your delivery option and destination. See Zone B in Singpost Speedpost International Delivery Time & Terms.
International Shipping (Zone C, D & E) - Shipment internationally is via Registered Airmail or Speedpost Standard. International delivery time is 2 to 11 days depending on your delivery option and destination. See Zone C, D & E in Singpost Speedpost International Delivery Time & Terms.
We cannot accept liability for orders shipped that are rejected by the customs authority of your country, additional costs incurred in re-directing or cancellation of the orders will be your responsibility.
As the customer, you are responsible for all import and customs tax or duty payable in your country.
For orders above 2kg, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org directly for other shipping arrangements.
We are not liable for any late or missing shipment that arises from the mishandling of the shipment by the courier company.
Returns & Refunds
Perishable goods - Generally, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for perishable goods. In any case, do drop us a note at email@example.com and we may consider it on a case by case basis.
Non-perishable goods - If your good(s) do arrive damaged, within 7 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange any defective goods.
Please drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and arrange for the goods to be shipped back to us. (Do note we will not refund the price of shipping and that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping).
Order Cancellation - Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations once your order has been processed and confirmed. As such, we also do not offer any refunds.
Collection & Distribution of Information - We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your order.
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal so we do not have access to your credit card details.
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees have access to this information. We do not sell or give your personal information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.
We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of an account. We reserve the right with no obligation to remove or edit such content, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
